To be clear, engaging in core activities will take about 2 hours per week. We encourage you to attend the community call (1 hour) each week (Masterclass, Storytime calls, and Q&A call) and review the core content (30 minutes to 1 hour) each week.
Participating in other activities, like a book club or peer group may add another hour to your week.
How much time you invest in radical self-acceptance is entirely up to you.
